The BC Strength Bench is a lightweight, easily portable version of a regular flat bench. It can be used for a wide range of exercises, including hip thrusts, Bulgarian split squats, deficit reverse lunges, low step ups, single leg box squats, extra range side lying hip abductions, single leg hip thrusts and feet elevated hip thrusts.

  • Made from unique and durable EPE foam with a non slip cover material
  • Measures 47 inches long, 12 inches wide and 16 inches tall

Love this bench. I’ve had it about 2 months and use it for almost every workout. Great for hip thrusts, chest work, incline pushups, step ups. I think it’s more versatile than a regular bench in some ways, certainly light and easy to move around. I store it on end against the wall to save space. Great addition to a home workout space.

Just arrived today and already out of the box and set up in the glute dojo for training. This thing is super versatile and I already own the hip thruster and the portable thruster pad. Hats off to Brett the glute guy for another home run with the bench. Look forward to more training sessions with this dandy piece of equipment!

Been using this bench at home While building up my home gym and it’s so light\ easy to maneuver and store. The material is high quality, doesn’t slip on my floor and I am able to do any exercise I normally use a bench for at the gym. Highly recommend this product if you’re looking for a bench at home.

Gonna get me through Covid

Although I want everything in this store (already have the Glute Loops) I’m being budget conscious right now during this Covid situation and figured the bench offered the most diversity for a decent price.
