The Hip Thruster Band is 41" in length and 2.5" wide, and can be used for a wide range of exercises. The Hip Thruster Band is especially effective for exercises such as:

- Band lying leg curls
- Band 45-degree hyper extensions
- Band good mornings
- Band leg press
