The BC Strength T-Bell is a versatile plate-loaded training device that can be used for a wide range of exercises. We use the BC Strength T-Bell at Glute Lab, specifically when performing elevated exercises like Straddle Lifts, Sumo Squats, Romanian Deadlifts and Bent Rows. The BC Strength T-Bell can also be used for Sumo and Conventional Deadlifts.

The BC Strength T-Bell holds standard Olympic plates (inside diameter of 2") and can also be used with resistance bands.

Extremely Well Made Product

I use this T-bell for a wide range of exercise and let me tell you, it can hold a ton of weight. its incredibly sturdy and its amazing how much weight that small pin can hold. I've loaded it up with all 45s with no issues at all. Definitely a must purchase for any gym.

More Than Just a Loading Pin

Another fantastic piece of equipment from The Glute Guy. This thing is simply amazing, versatile, and highly portable. With a variety of loading ranges this makes for a great glute and hamstring builder and can even be used to train the quads. I have even played around with performing T-Bell swings in lieu of kettlebell swings. It's also great for doing bent over rows and upright rows. Don't sleep on this product.

Great for tall guy

I’m 6’ 5” with long lean legs so back squats and even front squats mess me up. This is the smoothest, tightest leg pressing type exercise (Straddle lift) I have found (no pain). I quickly progressed up to 175 lbs (x8) finish set and soon expect to run out of ability to add weight. Wish there was a extra long version that even more weight could be stacked on...I’d buy that one too...Gotta use some plyo boxes obviously due to the length. No stress on my lower back either. Very happy pappy come leg days lately.

This tool is awesome! I use it for squats and deadlifts. It helps keeps the weight balanced evenly through both sides of your body.
