






The Glute Band is double-layered to provide high resistance, approximately 50" in length and 3" wide, and can be used for a wide range of exercises. Exclusively designed for BC Strength by our friend Nick Tumminello, the Glute Band is especially effective for exercises such as:
- Band Skorcher hip thrusts
- Band standing hip thrusts
- Band kneeing hip thrusts
- Band lying leg curls
- Band leg extensions
- Band lateral push offs
